At Rise we aim to inspire growth with our participants by working towards one's goals. 

We strive to broaden one's knowledge, encourage independence and create new friendships along the way. 

But, most importantly allow for as many opportunities as possible, so that everyone has the chance to experience all life has to offer!

We were founded in 2023, Rise Together is an independent organisation that provides personalised support services for individuals with disabilities. Over the last couple of years, it has grown, building a reputation for quality, inclusivity, and advocacy.

We are proud of the positive impact we have made in the lives of our participants. Through our services and amazing staff onboard, we have helped countless individuals achieve their personal goals and are striving everyday with them to achieve many more in the future.
